Team on a hybrid video call in a conference room with a wall display, room camera, and table audio.

Conference room systems · Northern Virginia & the DMV

A conference room that just works.

We figure out the whole room—screen, camera, microphone, and speakers—then install it and support it. Your team walks in with a laptop, plugs in, and starts the meeting.

  • One quote, one bill
  • Installed in a day
  • Supported by your local team

Why teams hand us the room

You should not have to become an AV expert.

Most conference room projects stall because nobody wants to research gear, chase three vendors, and own the result. That is the part we take.

We figure it out

Tell us the room and how you meet. We size the display, camera, and audio and come back with one quote—no catalog homework for you.

We install it clean

Mounted, wired, and hidden. One labeled connection waiting at the table instead of cables taped down the wall.

Your team plugs in

Any laptop, any meeting app. There is no room login, no touch panel to learn, and nothing to train beyond "plug this in."

We support it

The same local team that handles your IT. When something acts up you call us—not a manufacturer hotline in another time zone.

In the room

Everything a good meeting needs, already installed.

Wide view of a team around a conference table during a hybrid call, everyone visible in frame.

Everyone in frame

A wide room camera puts the whole table on screen and follows whoever is speaking—no more crowding around a crooked laptop webcam.

Everyone heard

Table audio picks up quiet voices from across the room and plays remote callers loud and clear—real conversation, not tinny laptop speakers.

Share in one move

Put your screen on the big display with one cable—or share wirelessly when a guest just needs to show slides.

The cost question

Big-company meeting rooms, small-business bill.

Enterprise room systems get expensive in ways nobody warns you about. We build the same outcome without the recurring drag.

The expensive way

  • A dedicated room computer to buy, patch, and eventually replace
  • Per-room software licensing that renews whether you meet or not
  • Proprietary gear only one certified vendor is allowed to touch
  • A rollout big enough to need its own project manager
  • A wall panel your staff still call IT about

The Knockout way

  • No room computer—staff use the laptop already in their bag
  • No per-room subscription to renew
  • Standard, serviceable gear we can support or swap
  • Scoped, installed, and tested in a single visit for most rooms
  • If you can plug in a cable, you are fully trained

Room size, table length, and whether you already have a display all move the number—so we scope your space and give you one price instead of a range.

How it goes

Quoted, installed, and handed over.

  1. 01

    We walk the room

Table length, sight lines, existing display, and how your team actually meets.

    You get one price

Design, equipment, and installation in a single quote—no change orders mid-project.

  3. 03

    We install and test

Everything mounted and wired, then we run a real call the same way your staff will.

  4. 04

    We keep it working

Ongoing support from the team that installed it, alongside your Wi‑Fi and email.

Questions

Straight answers.

What is actually included in the room?

A display, a room camera that covers the whole table, microphones and speakers sized for the space, and one connection point at the table—designed together as a single system and installed by us. You approve a room, not a parts list.

Do we need a dedicated computer in the room?

No, and that is the point. Staff bring the laptop they already use. The room appears as a standard camera and speaker, so it works with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Webex, and anything else on Mac or Windows.

Is there a monthly fee or per-room license?

No per-room software subscription. You pay once to design and install the room. Ongoing support is either part of your managed IT plan with us or available as needed—your choice.

How long does installation take?

Most single conference rooms are scoped, installed, and tested in one visit. Larger rooms or spaces that need new cable pathways may take longer—we tell you which before you sign anything.

What does a conference room system cost?

It depends on room size, table length, and whether you already have a display worth keeping. We quote the whole room as one number—design, equipment, and installation—so there are no surprise line items.

Do you support the room after installation?

Yes. The same local team that installed it supports it, right alongside your network, Wi‑Fi, and Microsoft 365. One call, one vendor, no finger-pointing.
