Office moves & new suites
Relocations and buildouts planned backwards from your first day in the space, with circuits ordered early because carriers set the timeline.
- Suite relocation
- New office buildout
- Second location
- Downsizing / hybrid reset
One-time work · fixed scope
Moving offices, building out a suite, replacing a network, fixing the Wi‑Fi, wiring a conference room, or finally getting off that server. One clearly defined job, quoted in writing, tested before we call it done — and no monthly contract attached.
Walkthrough before any number. Fixed price in writing. No support contract attached.
Project types
Each of these is quoted as its own job. Combine them for a move or a buildout, or take one on its own.
Relocations and buildouts planned backwards from your first day in the space, with circuits ordered early because carriers set the timeline.
Cat6 and fiber, labelled terminations, a rack somebody can work in, and wireless designed from a survey rather than guessed at.
One platform for firewall, switching, Wi‑Fi, cameras, and badge or phone door credentials, instead of four vendors and four apps.
Call flow designed first, numbers ported without a dead afternoon, and handsets or softphones that match how your team actually answers.
Rooms where a guest plugs in one cable and the camera, microphones, and display work — tested with the platforms you really use.
Email and file moves to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, server retirements, and backup with restores we actually test.
How it works
The same six steps whether it is four cable drops or a whole new suite.
We visit the space — ceiling, closet, rack, doors, and the rooms people complain about — and ask what has to be true on day one.
A written scope with materials, labor, and cutover in one number, plus anything we deliberately left out so there are no surprise line items.
Long-lead items and carrier circuits go first, because those are what actually delay projects. Then we book a date with a buffer.
Our engineers do the work, coordinating with your landlord, general contractor, or building engineer where the site demands it.
We verify against the scope — coverage, call paths, camera views, restores, room joins — before anyone depends on it.
Labels, diagrams, credentials, and documentation handed to you. Yours to keep, whether or not we ever work together again.

Each page walks through what the install includes, what it costs to run afterwards, and what we hand over at the end.

Questions
No. Project work is quoted and delivered on its own, and plenty of clients never buy a support plan. We hand over labels, diagrams, and credentials at the end precisely so you are not trapped.
Fixed price, after a walkthrough. Materials, labor, configuration, and cutover come as one number with the exclusions written down. We do not quote a network sight unseen, because that is how change orders happen.
As early as you have a date. Internet and phone circuits are the usual bottleneck and can take weeks, and cable is far cheaper to run before the ceiling closes. Even a rough date lets us sequence the orders.
Yes, and on most commercial projects we have to. Certificates of insurance, badged or escorted access, freight elevator windows, and after-hours work are routine parts of the plan rather than surprises.
That is common. We deliver the project, document it, and hand it to them. We are not going to use a cabling job as leverage to take over your support contract.
We do small jobs — a few drops, one room, one firewall. Very small work is often billed hourly rather than as a fixed-price project, and we will tell you which is cheaper for you.

One question, no pitch. Email it over and an engineer answers — even when the answer is that you do not need us for this.

Send the address, the rough timeline, and what has to work on day one. We will come walk it, then quote a fixed price in writing.
